Evoke Interiors designed Caribou Coffee at Andalus Mall as an evolution of the Avenues Mall concept, reinterpreted with a more intimate and cozy atmosphere. While drawing inspiration from the openness and brightness of the Avenues design, this location introduces richer textures and warmer materials to create a more relaxed, grounded café experience.

The interior incorporates enhanced wood finishes and natural stone features, adding depth and warmth throughout the space. Custom CNC panels inspired by palm leaf patterns reference Saudi Arabia’s natural landscape, subtly weaving local identity into the design without overpowering Caribou’s modern aesthetic.

The design delivers a welcoming environment that balances familiarity and comfort—blending Caribou’s recognizable brand language with regional character and a softer, more inviting atmosphere suited to the Andalus Mall setting.
