The Fuddruckers Juffair interior was envisioned as a complete refresh of the brand’s spatial identity, with a clear direction to modernise the design and push beyond traditional brand expressions while maintaining recognisable elements of the colour palette and core identity. The objective was to create a brighter, more contemporary dining environment that resonates with today’s audience and its surroundings.

Evoke Interiors introduced a design with a brighter atmosphere enhanced by layered greenery, natural textures, and clean architectural lines, creating a welcoming environment that feels current and relaxed. Spread across two levels, the space offers a variety of seating experiences, allowing guests to choose between energetic social zones and more comfortable, laid-back areas.

Extending beyond the interior, outdoor and veranda seating connect the restaurant directly to the rhythm of American Alley, reinforcing a strong indoor-outdoor relationship that reflects the lifestyle and movement of the surrounding district. The result is a revitalised Fuddruckers experience—one that feels modern, approachable, and aligned with the evolving expectations of today’s diners, while maintaining a clear connection to the brand’s identity.
