The renovation reimagines a 30+ year-old residence, opening up the interiors and introducing a lighter, more refined atmosphere throughout the home.

A key focus of the design was enhancing natural light and spatial flow by enlarging window openings, allowing daylight to shape the interior experience. The arrival sequence was completely reworked to create a modern entrance inspired by hotel lobby design, offering a welcoming first impression that feels both elegant and relaxed.

Given the age of the property, the renovation involved reworking spatial layouts, modernising finishes, and improving natural light penetration. Larger window openings were introduced to connect interior spaces more closely with the outdoors, enhancing openness and comfort.
